An Austin-based OSP splicer role with Centric Infrastructure Group, mostly daytime FTTH work with some nights, and travel up to 75% of the time between Texas metros. You bring your own hand tools.

The work

Fusion splice, terminate and build splice cases (bonding, slack storage, sealing)
Troubleshoot damaged fiber and answer trouble tickets
Maintain distribution systems and customer network gear

What they want

2+ years of fiber terminations, fusion splicing and testing (ISP and OSP)
Clean, valid driver's license
Own hand tools; 24/7 on-call rotation; lift 75 lbs
