HTH Communications is hiring an outside-plant splicer in Macomb, Michigan, for both coax and fiber, working from a bucket truck and helping with upgrades, activation and testing. Night and weekend work comes up.
The work
- Splice coax and fiber and handle electronic upgrades
- Test, activate and troubleshoot equipment after installs
- Work from a bucket truck; file daily reports and map markups
What they want
- 1–2 years of telecom experience preferred
- Reads blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 100
