About FiberCrew
FiberCrew Jobs is a job board for fiber optic splicers and the crews around them: outside plant, long-haul, OPGW and data center work, plus fiber construction, installation, locating and crew leadership.
Why it exists
Fiber job postings are scattered across hundreds of company career pages, and many leave out what a crew member most wants to know: what the job pays, how much travel it involves, and whether there's a per diem. FiberCrew Jobs puts those details in one place, in the same order on every listing, so you can compare jobs quickly.
How listings are checked
- From the source. Every job comes from the employer's own careers page or official job feed. We don't copy listings from other job boards.
- Confirmed open. A job is opened and confirmed live before it's listed. Every listing is re-checked each week, and closed jobs are removed. The "last checked" date on each listing shows when.
- Nothing guessed. Pay, travel and per diem appear only as the employer states them. When a posting doesn't say, the listing says "Not stated". We never estimate.
- Written in our own words. Summaries are short and plain. The employer's posting is always the final word on duties, pay and requirements.

What we are not
- We're not the employer and not a staffing agency. We don't take applications or make hiring decisions: when you press Apply, you go to the employer's own site.
- Job seekers never pay anything, and never should for a job on this site. If a listing looks wrong or suspicious, tell us and we'll review it.
- We're not affiliated with the employers listed, and a listing doesn't mean they endorse this site.
Who runs it
FiberCrew Jobs is run by Aspen Services, LLC, an independent company. It isn't owned by a staffing firm, contractor or carrier, so no employer's jobs are placed ahead of another's. The one exception is a listing marked Featured, which means the employer paid to highlight it. Only paid listings are ever marked that way.

Found a job that's closed, a pay figure that's off, or something we missed? Email hello@fibercrewjobs.com. Corrections are made as soon as they're checked against the employer's posting.
