Congruex is hiring fiber splicers at three levels based in Jacksonville, Florida, for aerial and underground construction. Pay is hourly with production pay, and the posting notes some multi-week travel rotations.
The work
- Splice, test and certify fiber systems using OTDR and light meters
- Read work orders and engineering drawings, install enclosures and terminal panels
- Work from bucket trucks or climb poles and troubleshoot after activation

- Valid driver's license plus drug screen and background check
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs, work at heights and travel for weeks at a time
