The Archetype Strategy is recruiting experienced ribbon splicers for travel projects, mostly data center work, starting as contractors with a path to full time. Travel costs, housing and per diem are covered.
The work
- Fusion and ribbon splice high-count fiber cable
- Test fibers with power meters, inspection scopes and other gear
- Label and document work to project specs
- Follow site safety rules and coordinate with project teams

- Able to read diagrams and work orders
