Congruex is hiring splicers at three levels in Bartlett, outside Memphis, for aerial and underground fiber. Travel happens as projects need it.
The work
- Splice and test fiber for continuity and signal quality
- Pull or blow cable through duct; install devices and panels
- Place and maintain cable from bucket trucks
What they want
- 5+ years of fiber splicing
- Valid driver's license
- Lift or pull 80 lbs
