FiberTel's Portland crew needs a splicer who can work independently on outside-plant and inside-plant fiber. You'd direct a splicing laborer day to day and deal directly with customers, inspectors and utility reps.

- Install, splice, test, troubleshoot and maintain fiber networks
- Give daily direction and training to a splicing laborer
