The work
- Lead splicing crews and subcontractors: hiring, training and reviews
- QC OTDR and power meter results and keep splice records in Fieldwire
- Track productivity, labor and materials against budget; splice hands-on during critical outages
What they want
- 5+ years in fiber splicing or telecom, with crew leadership
- Reads fiber schematics, splice diagrams and prints
- Valid license; bucket truck cert or able to get it; CFOT and OSHA 10/30 preferred
