The work
- Fusion splice fiber and prep splice enclosures from makers like Tyco, CommScope and Corning
- Test and troubleshoot network continuity with OTDR, OLTS, power meters and similar gear
- Work from fiber design documents to hit light-level and dB-loss targets
- Work outdoors on utility construction sites
